At the dealership everyone was friendly, but I was not allowed to test drive my truck because it was blocked by other trucks. I purchased it in Baxley and the salesman (Ryan) said they would deliver it to me in Valdosta on a Rollback and he would be with them to get everything activated in the truck. Beware!!! Dealt with these guys for four days on a vehicle (internet sale) and then when I got ready to sign the final documents they had switched the VIN on me. When I confronted them on this, they went into hiding. When I called the GM, he got sassy and blamed it on poor communication. REMEMBER THEY DON’T NEED YOUR BUSINESS. THE GM SAYS THEY SELL 400 CARS PER MONTH. GIVE SOMEONE ELSE AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP A CHANCE.

Hello had my service done today, everything was good as usual, I had them check a tire they patched when I bought the truck, because it kept losing air, when they were done with everything I had to pay 79.00 for a new valve stem, I paid it, but I was disappointed that I had to, only because the truck only has 12,000 miles, and its the same tire they put a patch on, how do I know they did not damage the stem when they put on the patch, plus I would have thought the stem would be covered under warranty, ... Buying a new truck from Woody Folsom was the worst decision I have made in a long time. They refused to honor my warranty, which resulted in a wreck that could have killed my wife and cost me over $20,000 for repairs to my truck.

This dealer does major false advertising. They list vehicles on their site and eBay and then try to sell them much higher. They claim “Ford” runs the site. They add in numerous and overlapping discounts that you won’t qualify for and then try and BS you. Totally dishonest online pricing just to bait you!! Be warned!!!

Took 10 minutes just to cancel a service appointment today.. Went there Friday to have my Camaro looked at, it started running rough and several lights came on they said they couldn't look at it until next week... Found another Chevy dealer they fixed it in 1 minute a plug wire came loose.

My experience at Woody Folsom was great. Cory Levens was extremely professional and helpful. The efficiency of everyone who we came in contact with was refreshing. Once we picked out a vehicle and decided to purchase the vehicle, Cory handled everything while we waited in the lobby relaxing. Lee Carter handled the financing and explained everything easily. Lee got us in and out quickly. Cleaning crew did a great job on the truck and Cory caught a spot where some glue was. The cleaning crew came out and cleaned the glue spot.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Corey Leavens was very helpful and did a great job getting us the best deal. There was no pressured sales or time wasted. We took more time test driving the car than it did signing the papers. Corey handles everything over the phone and had it all waiting on us to just sign and drive our new car home. We drove from Brunswick and it was well worth it, although Corey did offer to have the car delivered to us we wanted to come ans testt drive the car first.

Made a few trips to the dealership after hours to do some window shopping without any pressure. I wanted to narrow my search down to only two trucks. I chose Lee as my salesman since he had taken time with my wife on one of her purchases.
